**Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter**

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned talent acquisition professional with 10 or more years of experience, to work within a rapidly growing technology company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm CST)
- Onsite Position
- Conducting extensive searches through job sites, job postings, internal databases, search engines, and networking.
- Well versed in HR practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting.
- Preparing of daily, weekly, and monthly reports of recruiting pipeline and attending conference meeting every week and whenever required.
- Daily talent acquisition scrum meetings.
- Evaluate factors such as experience, education, skills, training, fit within the company, and future potential matches to technical consulting projects.
- You will be qualifying and hunting for positions in IT as well as other executive internal roles that are needed within the organization.
- Manage interview schedules, collect feedback in a timely manner, and facilitate hiring decisions including conducting de-briefing sessions, conducting preliminary reference checks, and coordinating offer letters by working with management and HR to develop an attractive offer package.
**Minimum Requirements**
- 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- At least two years of agency (High Volume environment)
- Knowledge of social networking space and creative recruiting techniques
- Exposure/Experience within an IT technical environment
- Aggressive and passionate about recruiting
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Thorough understanding of leading practices in sourcing strategies
- Ability to pipeline top talent
- You MUST have your own computer or laptop and strong internet in your home.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
