**JOB DUTIES**:

- First point of contact with on field installers
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Track request resolution for documented cases
- Provide top tier technical assistance
- Build relationships with customers
- Develop and share knowledge

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of Technical Support or customer service experience
- English proficiency

**WE VALUE**:

- Experience with Salesforce and TalkDesk
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a technology-related discipline
- Experience in the industry is preferred
- Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Good time management skills
