As a Territory Leader, you will develop relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand, working with our dealers to improve sales growth.
You will report to the Architectural coating team as part of the Sales structure for #PPG Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will coordinate with the Important Training Center the training programs according to the needs of the area and the structure of the dealership.
- You will build the strategy and commercial agreement together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
- You will make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit external customers (carpenters, blacksmiths, hotels and industrial warehouses).
- You will monitor the level of service and experience compared to end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree and advanced level of English.
- 5 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
- Based in Monterrey or willing to relocate.
- 5+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.
