Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales business in assigned territory.
Manage relationships and serve as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and channel partners.
Understand and articulate value propositions of Honeywell BMS solutions for different markets.
Create a collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders across the organization and channel partners.
Prepare and manage an accurate Salesforce pipeline.
Design and implement a plan to deliver your goals, meeting or exceeding targets.60% Time on the field understanding, presenting, advocating solutions to customer stakeholders20% Territory planning and execution, customer support, opportunity management, and forecasting20% Develop new business opportunities in our key core markets, Prospecting and Market DevelopmentYOU MUST HAVEElectronic, electrical, mechanical engineer or similar (Desirable)High level in Commercial skills B2B (negotiation, channel and end user management), 4 years of experience (minimum)Experience managing commercial excellence tools "CRMs" as NEX or similar (4 years minimum)Availability to travel at least 50% of the timeBackground in Building Automation, and/or HVAC integration solutions (preferably)Advanced EnglishWE VALUEExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsSignificant technical sales and customer applications experienceStrong relationship-building and influencing skills with multiple stakeholdersAbility to identify optimal go-to-market strategy in various situationsAbility to leverage internal and external resources to overcome obstacles and meet sales goalsStrong work ethic, ability to produce results under pressureHave a Passion for Winning.
