**Job summary**:Coordinate and manage Electric testing engineering activities in production areas in order to support existing production line, new product development and new production lines, product transfers, equipment specifications and maintenance, lean manufacturing and EQS deployment, MESH initiatives, and product and quality cost improvements.**Qualifications**1.
Education level required bachelor's degree Engineering.2.
Years and area of experience required: A minimum of 5 years experience required in Test engineering.3.
Technical knowledge- Familiar on ICT,FCT/FVT, Reliability test processes.- Capable to read schematic drawings to build up requirements for test and repair PCBAs- Strong skills on troubleshooting, analyze and repair PCBAs.- Strong skills for problem solving (8D, Pareto, 5 Why's, A3, etc.
)- Knowledge and experience with electrical test methods.- Experience on Controls engineering, programming, and automation troubleshooting.- Knowledge on electrical diagram reading and design.- Knowledge on basic programming C, C++, Labview, TesStand.- Knowledge on Automation controls and programing (Ladder/Control Logics, PLC AB, SCADA, HMI)- Training and Experience with Lean and Six Sigma Tools.
(Core tools)- Bilingual (English/Spanish).- Preferred to have certificate on IPC 610, ESD 20.20, J-STD (001,002,003), IPC-TM650D or basic knowledge on these standards.4.
