As a Sr Test Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the execution of test plans and procedures. You will work closely with the engineering team to define test requirements and specifications, and you will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our testing processes.
You will report directly to our Test Manager and you'll work out of our location in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua on a 100% on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering teams by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze test results will help identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct tests according to defined test plans and procedures
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define test requirements and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing
- Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test technician role
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
