(Turbos & Thermal)- Ensure the compliance of the KPI's related to training and take actions when we have low performance metrics.- Compliance of ISO /IATF & HSE requirements (training /competence reference).- Achieve and follow Internal and external audit requirement of Corporate, Customer and labor Law.- Collaboration with HRG function in the implementation of action plans derived from CI Requirements with focus on people.
