Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management.**The Opportunity**:As Variable Compensation Data Analyst Sr. will have immediate impact as the liaison for all cross-functional data, will ensure the quality and accuracy of data used for Sales Compensation. This role is very hands-on, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to manage requirements for company needs and to visualize data to tell a story based on KPI´s created for our organization.**You are great at**:- Develops, implements, and deploys process and tools related to calculation of sales commissions. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan and in accordance with policy.- Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales employees based on commission plan provisions.- Investigates and resolves commission claims and account reconciliation issues.- Interfaces with other job functions in the preparation of Sales commission reports, using reporting and analytics for presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management.- Prepares commission and payment reports for review by operational and sales leadership.- Reviews information and makes changes and updates to data and configuration of sales compensation tools and systems within limited parameters.- Communicates issues to stakeholders.- implements specified changes to data, content, and systems to improve data quality and operational efficiency.**What we're looking for**:- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.- 2-3 years of experience.- Experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools, and systems.- Understanding of sales commission plans and practices.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Advanced English level.- Advanced excel skills.- Experience with Xactly system is a plus.- Ability to effectively communicate sales commission plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options.
