500+ Offices, 100+ Countries, 115K People, 95+ of Fortune 100 Clients**CBRE is in the seek for a Sr WorkPlace Experience Coordinator****Responsibilities**:- Provides supervision of the provision of Workplace Services (Reception, conference and meeting room management, audiovisual support, meetings, and events- Mail services, office material management, furniture management, space replacement and office tours.- Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures related to the employee experience.- Creates and maintains a culture of service excellence.- Supervises staff assigned to workplace experience services, including establishing work schedules.- Respond to customer requests and complaints about Workplace Experience services.- Provides administrative support, including meeting coordination and office and workplace expertise.- Equipment care and supply management- Ensure that those providing workplace experience services comply with safety standards, if company employees or third-party service providers**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Hotelería, Gestión Institucional, Administración de Empresas or similar- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Manager/Concierge in Hospitality, Tourist Services or Employee Experience Areas- Minimum 2 years of experience managing own work teams.- Advanced English- Ability to deal with clients, with high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
