What you will do Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the internal NOC to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. Deploy and manage monitoring solutions using Datadog and Grafana across Linux and Windows servers. Monitor and optimize AWS services, including EC2, ELB, and RDS instances, ensuring high availability and performance. Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts using Ansible and Terraform to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management. Design and implement comprehensive dashboards and alerting systems to monitor the health and performance of enterprise systems. Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration and performance of systems.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.Extensive experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability.Proficient in Grafana or similar application performance management tools.Strong Linux and Windows server administration skills.In-depth knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, ELB, and RDS.Expertise in automated deployment tools such as Ansible and Terraform.Experience with creating and managing monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.What do we offer? 100% remote opportunity.Competitive salary and benefits.Custom benefit package aligned to your experience and your needs. 28 W Flagler St Ste 300b Office 2281 Miami, Fl 33130 Phone: +1 (512) 717.7455 MONTERREY Phone: +52 (81) 2140.8840 MEXICO CITY Phone: +52 (55) 8789.4678 HERMOSILLO Phone: +52 (66) 2259.2388 MERIDA
