Mars is placing a significant bet on SRM across the enterprise and is making significant investment in people, capabilities, and digital resources to deliver best in class strategic revenue management fueled growth. What are we looking for?Experience partnering across the organization to analyze a range of internal & external data sources, drawing out key insights and forming recommendations based on solid commercial knowledge and strong linkage to business strategy.A track record of successfully translating strategies into action and delivering results; comfortable presenting to and engaging with Sr. Leaders, strategic forums and local team; proven ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts, strategies and tactics.Proven functional/technical understanding and know-how across promotion optimization and trade terms, specifically:Promotion Strategy (Critical) – demonstrated understanding of the strategic & operational impacts of promo-value decisions across the 5C's (i.E. Category, Consumer, Customer, Competitor, Company).Promotion Analysis (Critical) – direct experience in monitoring & analyzing market promotions and internal brand promotion executions.Trade-Terms (Critical) – demonstrated understanding of building pay for performance trade architecture to deliver mutual growthPromotion Implementation (Preferred) – An understanding of the end-to-end steps required to deploy promotion plans and trade terms within a market.Proven commercial and financial skills with excellent organization agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L, with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and 'can-do' attitude with strong influencing & problem-solving capabilities; ability to challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.Minimum of a BA/BS. MBA, advanced degree, or comparable advanced experience a plus. What will be your key responsibilities? Drive & embed top quartile Promotion & Trade Terms capabilities within Mars PNAs part of the SRM team, design and codify key SRM capabilities related to Promotion & Trade Terms, spanning organization design/talent, processes systems, and tools usage, and create associated upskilling materialProvide expert guidance to inform design of advanced digital products (promo events performance, promo slotting & mechanics optimizer, gross to net performance, trade architecture simulator)Routinize and Digitize SRM best practices to enable faster and more efficient execution in all markets
