**JOB SUMMARY**
Supports the CALA Revenue Management Advisory Services organization through the other Business Branch that is PLUS Services as well as the CALA Region in Revenue Management Preopening.
Provides strategic and analytical leadership and expertise in order to achieve PLUS Services Annual Revenue Budget.
Partners closely with Leadership (Area Vice Presidents, Area Directors, SMR and Franchising), Revenue Management Leadership, and Revenue Management Advisory Services Directors and teams to maximize the Organization objectives and priorities.
Drives consistency in operational execution for the PLUS Services projects they support.
For Openings they will be responsible supporting all the CALA Openings from a Revenue Management perspective as well as partnering with the Director of Openings in any other need that may come.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 year's experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 year's experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Managing PLUS Services**
- Provides strategic and analytical leadership and expertise to sell PLUS Services across the region
- Identifies additional opportunities for service offerings
- Partners with property leaders to discuss and develop revenue management ideas, strategies, and identify issues.
- Executes and implements new processes to support business model.
- Provides input to enhance and develop tools
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work.
- Sells ideas and influences a diverse group of stakeholders, including Area Vice Presidents, Area Directors, GMs and OFS Teams
**Openings**
- Direct responsibility over the RM Preopening Process, including All Inclusive
- Critical Path Management
- System Setup Audits
- Pulse and RAMP Calls
**Building Successful Relationships**
- Communicates and educates Revenue Management philosophies to Franchise Owners and representatives
- Identifies and communicates revenue and profit opportunities to area and property leadership teams and sales organization.
- Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships.
- Provides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements and challenges to the stakeholders.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Informs and/or updates the executives and the peers on relevant information in a timely manner.
- Enters, transcribes, records, stores, or maintains information in written or electronic form.
- Provide support to the CALA Revenue Management office in the event of leaves, PTOs, hotel coverage, and with any additional responsibility assigned by the Area Director of CALA RM Advisory Services
- Educate and communicate with partners to gain buy in and confidence in strategy, as well as to gain confidence in RMAS and PLUS Services
