**SUMMARY OF RESPONSABILITIES**:Keep all HR Systems updated, support and help with all AMETEK HR Scorecard request for all Mexican Operations ( Reynosa, Mexico City & Nuevo Laredo)- Support on all hiring necessities ensuring all HR Systems are functionally working per Company policies.- Ensure all terminations and hires are under the requested BU & Division and termination codes.- Ensure that all hires and terminations are under Mexican & Company Compliance- Make sure that all training data/TRESS are under QMS follow-up and Mexico Governmental compliance including Mexico payroll process- Support on all CTPAT & H&S data collection for Mexico Governmental compliance- Provide support on all Continuous Improvement requests from HR Corporate/Systems- Active team member & help on keeping a minimum of turnover for all the Mexico Operations; supporting with reporting, data analysis, statistics, etc.- Key instrumental in keeping up on Union salaries for continuous improvement and turnover reduction, within our different Operations BU's- Active team member with Training/HR for Global Training Plans within our Region- Support on all SuccessFactors requirements working with HR Corporate
