Responsible to ensure back-office services performed by SSC North America Finance team related mainly to General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and CAPEX.**Main Responsibilities**- Lead and coordinate SSC Finance team in order to assure SLAs and KPI´s metrics- Evaluate and coordinate new services transition- Provide accurate information for financial statements in a timely manner (monthly basis)- Reinforce, design and propose continuous improvement in finance processes- Training and development of Finance SSC Team- Provide standardization cycles and continuous improvement trough the SCC teams- Expenses budget supervision and control*****Position Requirements**Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or equivalent**Experience**:- Desirable exposed to multinational Finance Shared Services Center environment (5 years)- Finance and General Accounting (5 years)- SAP (3 years)- Process continuous improvement (3-5 years)Languages: English Advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
