The Account Executive will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch businesses to sell their products on www.Amazon.Com.Mx, and manage the portfolio to grow their sales.Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will work with merchants as an account manager (50% of the time) – helping them to launch and grow on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools.Amazon Services' Business Development organization connects the technology powering Amazon.Com to businesses worldwide. We are responsible for establishing new business partnerships with sellers who wish to utilize Amazon's suite of e-commerce solutions.Key job responsibilitiesManage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of the assigned territory. Execute successfully on the recommended plan.Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory.Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
