(Update)- Generation of standardization processes (Periodic reviews and update).- Establish administrative processes with quality and safety standards.- Staff training and development.- Supervise the functions and operations of Plant A1, A2, Civac with control KPI's.- Development of supervisor and field administration role.- Project development and execution.- Preparation of service justifications. (Fuel, toll, certificates, maintenance, leasing, office, cleaning, tracking) with financial validation and purchases.- Confirmations and validations of services in NMEX Systems (Preparation).- Drivers travel expenses management.- Integral maintenance administration of the Own Fleet.- Deliverance and accreditation of property on behalf of NMEX.
