And with a deep personal connection to our patients, there's nowhere we'd rather be.***Positions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.*****Location: Guadalajara (hybrid: 3 days in the office & 2 from Home)*****Strong English communication skills required.****Job Title: Stability Manager - Biologics.****Introduction to role**:Join us as a Stability Manager in our Biologics department, where you will be responsible for a commercial product portfolio and ensure compliance with AstraZeneca's commercial stability obligations. This role offers the opportunity to connect with collaborators and project team members, advising and influencing them around product stability. Are you ready to accelerate our Lean journey and drive efficiencies in our processes to produce better-quality outputs? If so, this is the role for you!**Accountabilities**:**Essential Skills/Experience**:- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal and written in English)- Accurate and detailed information handling- Experience and understanding of Biologics products- Investigation of out of specification, out of trend or atypical results- Change management- Regulatory inspection experience (i.E. direct interactions with inspectors)- Flexibility to work in different time zones**Desirable Skills/Experience**:- Experience in analytical or pharmaceutical sciences- Project management experience- Quality Assurance ExperienceAt AstraZeneca, we take Quality seriously.
