(Prepaid expenses)Reconciling bank and credit card statements.Managing past-due accounts.Preparing financial statements.
(How does info flow)Managing payroll.Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.Perform month-end and year-end close.RequirementsCandidate must be based in MexicoPossess excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 Level).Degree in Accounting.5-7 years experience with Quickbooks Online.Ability to utilize and maintain accounting related software platforms (Bill.Com, payroll provider platforms, SaaS Optics, etc.
