**Work Schedule**:
This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

**Purpose of Your Work**:
As **Accountant **working within **Managed Services**(one of our entities),you will be responsible for providing senior leadership with accurate financial information by preparing, researching, and analyzing accounts.
**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:
- Prepare journal entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Record transactions in the general ledger
- Assist in the timely preparation of the monthly financial package
- Assist external auditors for the completion of the annual audit by gathering documents, validating account balances and explaining account activity
- Provide answers to accounting and financial questions through investigative and analytical methods
- Recommend changes to current accounting procedures for increased accuracy and efficiency, when appropriate
- Support the Accounting team with other related duties, as assigned
**You've Got This?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience with account reconciliation and journal entries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated financial analytical ability
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information and data
