**Duties and Responsabilities**:- Month End Close and Financial Reporting- Prepares various other accounting statements and reports- Reconciliations and general ledger- Assist with accounting projects- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting- AP coding and GL coding- Maintains and protects organization's confidentiality by keeping information confidential- Performs other duties as assigned by your Supervisor, the Controller, and/or the Finance Director/CFO**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required)- Financial statement audit experience- Able to work well under rigorous deadlines- Teamwork Oriented- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills and an aptitude for communicating with funding staff and across the organization with employees, department managers & directors- Demonstrates good organizational and time management skills- Detail oriented and thorough- Excellent numerical skills and Microsoft Excel Skills, Outlook- Skilled in collecting information, analyzing data, and reporting results- Demonstrate ability to adhere to strict confidentiality- Experience in Financial Audit- Good job tenure- Advance Excel knowledge- Bilingual Spanish and English**Conditions of Employment**: Individuals must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by the date of hire.
**Compensation**:This position pays a minimum of $24,000 pesos mensuales.
