If you're eager to contribute to a company experiencing rapid growth and thrive in a dynamic environment, you're the candidate TCRH is looking for.What You'll DoJob Duties Include (but not limited to):Accrual & Cash Based Accounting(Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, Deferred Revenue, Revenue Recognition)Accounts payable.Accounts receivable.Payroll and benefits processing.Paying expenditures.Billing services.Recording income and deposits.Balancing accounts (Prepaid expenses).Reconciling bank and credit card statements.Managing past-due accounts.Preparing financial statements (How does info flow).Managing payroll.Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.Perform month-end and year-end close.RequirementsCandidate must be based in Mexico.Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 Level).Degree in Accounting.5-7 years experience with Quickbooks Online.Ability to utilize and maintain accounting related software platforms (Bill.Com, payroll provider platforms, SaaS Optics, etc.
