This is an exciting opportunity to deliver innovation in the growing Endomechanical franchise!Lead R&D resources for multiple global product platforms.Seamlessly collaborate with all R&D and Supply Chain to drive product + process solutions to market.Provide project planning and resource coordination, technical support to drive qualification and stabilization execution.Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced engineers and contractors.**Qualifications**- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.- A minimum of 6 years of work experience in manufacturing process development or operations is required.- Experience working in a medical device production environment or other regulated environment is extremely helpful; - Excellent communication, teamwork and influencing skills.
