Staff High Speed Engineer

Short DescriptionStrong engagement with the Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering teams.Operational Strategy and Organizational Development: Contribute on the operational strategy and develop the organization in support of business strategy, managing complex organizations with multiple sub-functions.New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the successful transfer of new products.LEANPD Driven New Product Development: Strong player in LEANPD driven new product development projects, ensuring strong impact and adherence to Lean principles throughout the process.Process and Expertise: For High-Speed products serve as high level process leader for cutting, stamping, molding, cable assembly, or other TE manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance for quality and output.Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong engagement with Product Development Engineering, Program Management, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.What your background should look like:Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred.Work experience on high-speed cable manufacturing, specifically cable assemblies for data centers, AI, and supercomputing including cable form factors such as OSFP, QSFP, and QDD.Deep knowledge and accountability in the area and track record of driving operational efficiencies and organizational objectives.Experience to influence and gain acceptance from others, both internally and externally.Experience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage change.Demonstrated experience to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions / Proven and effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with applicable systems (SAP, TLM, CAD etc.) and familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per monthExperience:High speed cable: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
