.The Staff Program Manager will play an integral program management role in global integration programs impacting web sites as part of the Digital Programs & Engineering (DPE) team. The Staff Program Manager will be the liaison between DPE leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and various integration teams to ensure bilateral communication of capabilities, priorities, standards, and status.**Location/Division**:Tijuana, Mexico (remote) Corporate Offices**How will you make an impact?**- Drive large initiatives from initiation to implementation, inclusive of hypercare support and closure.- Coordinate multiple programs and projects simultaneously.- Function as a liaison between DPE leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and various integration teams to ensure bilateral communication of capabilities, priorities, standards, and status.- Influence stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization- Oversee all aspects of assigned programs including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk to ensure successful delivery.- Proactively manage assigned programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks, and resolving conflicts- Ensure projects adhere to the company's formal identified framework of Scaled Agile Framework (Safe)- Create initial program budget and seek funding approval following the company's capital funding process and manage the program budget throughout its course.- Manage internal and external stakeholders, customer relationships and third-party vendors.- Serve as a Project and Program Management Subject Matter Expert- Maintain extensive knowledge and expertise in the disciplines of program management as well as multiple business processes and/or technical areas.- Provide guidance to other employees and demonstrate the ability to influence others in a positive manner.- Participate with management and other Program Managers in establishing best practices in program management methods and tools.- Work as a team member on special projects and other activities as needed.**How will you get here?****Education**Bachelor''s degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience**Experience**- 4+ years of successfully managing complex cross-functional Enterprise-level IT programs.- 7+ years of project and/or program management with increasing responsibility and complexity- Proven ability to work in a heavily matrixed environment.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**- Highly motivated and solution oriented with a commitment to drive results.- Solid organization, analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills- Strong focus on continuous improvement with ability to quickly learn.- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including facilitation and negotiation
