The project manager (PM Leader) is a STAFF position who leads the effort for the initiatives taken at digital development inside the NMEX plants. The PM Leader needs to choose the resources, establish schedules and immediate objectives, organize teams, and supervise activities to manage the project and report to stakeholders. The Project Leader must be involved end-to-end in the project and clearly identify the responsible team who will take charge of the productive phase of the initiative; they are also the reference person for all team members involved in the project.The position will work with product-related packages and interact with cloud-based services and infrastructure responsible for maintaining and developing actual and new solutions inside NMEX.Position is for attention in the plant and office site.Job ResponsibilitiesTeam leadership to define schedules and follow project objectives.Team coordination with stakeholders.Budget and resources coordination.Restriction management and troubleshooting: scope, scheduling, cost, and project quality deliverables.Responsible for project standard application (Waterfall, SMART, etc. methodology) regarding the kind of project, timing, and specific goals due to the nature of the project.PM Leader is the coordinator for several projects to establish the tasks that need to be performed at each phase of the projects under their scope.Education:Systems Engineer / BI tools, reports, and analytics.Experience:Preferably experienced with Power Tool, PowerBI, Tableau, and Google toolkit for analytics; familiar with scoreboarding.Experienced with plant projects in the automotive industry.Experience as a Data Analyst is highly preferable.Experience with Power Tools: Office360, Power BI is highly desirable.Job Knowledge and Skills:Skills and understanding of computer programming languages such as C++, C# .NET, Python, logic comprehension, and systems development methodology.Project Management and Project Leadership are the main keys for the position.Motivated with communication abilities and influence, decision-making, cross-functional/cross-cultural nature, and negotiation skills with different areas.Excel (advanced level).Tools:Office360, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python, C++, C# .NET, operating systems (endpoints and servers), basic knowledge of data networks.Language:Advanced English - B2-C1Travel Required:Scope of operation includes all NMEX plants, based in A1.
