Provides support to the Process of Instrumental Management Life Cycle. Provides support to the Process of Management Software Life Cycle. Provides training to others in test methods, protocols, specification, laboratory basic competences and Procedures (SOP's). Provides support in audits. Works with multi-functional teams to successfully solve findings in audits, non-conformant of products, customer complaints to perform Corrective/Preventive Actions and/or improve product designs. Independently leads big projects as well as facilitates projects according to priorities and provides periodical updates to the management. Provides innovative focus in order to solve technical problems and problem resolution with a limited guidance by the management or other scientific personnel while keeping a high level of knowledge regarding good manufacturing practices (GMP's) and of laboratory (GLP's). Is up to date about the most relevant products of the company and manufacturing processes related to laboratory tests. Works independently in complex situations and development of solutions to problems of moderate reach and complexity in order to obtain valid conclusions. Acts in a role of a leader (team leader in interdepartmental teams). Initiates and finishes the evaluation of data generated by workmates and laboratory contractors. Assists in other tasks that contribute to the organization and performance of the laboratory (e.G. laboratory inventory process). Ensures the compliance of company, local, State and Federal regulations and procedures to perform in compliance with the departments of Safety, Health and Environment. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources neededto do so are available and in good condition Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures**Qualifications**SECTION 3: EXPERIENCEAND EDUCATION*Bachelor of Science is required.
