Works side-by-side with managers to coach them, adapts and deploys people strategy to the needs of the business.- Actively contributes to the execution of the business strategy and adapts people strategy to resolve operational issues, building effective people-management and employee relations skills- Coach people managers to positively impact the motivation, development and retention of employees- Drive people analytics in their business in order to present insights, connect with business needs, support data-based decision making, concrete follow up actions for impromevent and impact evaluation.- Advise managers and employees on people development (e.G. implement and facilitate the HR cycle; leadership development; OD and OT)- Lead and advise organization development and change management activities- Leads or participates in HR - related projects- Works closely with HR Competence Ceneters to influence in the development of effective programs and solutions- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related today-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance.You are best equipped for this task if you have:- Bachelor´s degree with 5 years of experience as HRBP- Knowledge of federal labor law- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills- Project management skills is a plus- Fluent in spoken & written English."**Part of your life.
