**Job Summary**:
The Staffing Administrative Manager is responsible for supporting all administrative operations related to recruitment and staff management.
This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the staffing processes, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of interview schedules and internal recruitment-related meetings.
- Support in the logistics of training and orientations for new employees.
- Assistance in preparing human resources reports and staffing analysis.
- Handling correspondence related to the human resources department.
- Assistance in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles within a staffing or human resources company.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with human resource management software like BambooHR, Workday, or Zoho

Recruit.
- Competence in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Bullhorn or iCIMS.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and precise.
