General Responsibilities- Assist recruiters with generating ideas, leveraging resources and sharing information that facilitates an effective search process- Report on/maintain data around activity, market place trends and produce quality information for presentation to hiring managers to demonstrate position value and cost savings to the company- Work with various functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search- Update job postings through various career portals- Partner with the Corporate Communications team to expand social networking platforms as recruiting tool- Assist in branding Sensata as an employer of choiceExperience / Qualifications- A university degree with at least 2 years of experience (i.E.
