Attend projects (Electrification Business Area) and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
**This position reports to**:
Customer Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs.
Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.
- Plans and implements multiple simultaneous electrical projects at various customer work sites in the US, including the activities of staff and subcontractors.
Identifies and manages opportunities to expand projects in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy profitability requirements, including change orders.
Meets or exceeds loading targets based on team requirements.
- Electrical projects will be focused in the commercial construction markets and may include, but are not limited to, retail, airports, entertainment, hospitals, education (schools, colleges, universities), multi-story residential and water/waste-water treatment plants.
- Serves as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project.
May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
- Offers product/solution/service-related training to customers and other stakeholders.
- Prepares and checks technical documents for submittal to customers.
**Your background**:

- 4 to 5 years of experience working with SAP
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
- Knowledge of CRM, Sales Force
- English Advanced level
- Being organized and having control of situations
