Statistical Demand Planner

Short Description- Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns, business trends, and information gathered working with the Sales team, Product managers, Customers, and Supply Chain teams.- Responsible for supporting monthly demand reviews as part of the Sales and Operation Planning and proposing improvements where required.- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust accordingly.- Include PIPO assumptions in the forecast to drive seamless execution.- Propose and implement inventory strategy.- Analyze demand-related issues such as late deliveries to customers, obsolete stock, and implement processes to improve and avoid reoccurrence.- Understand market lead time requirements to better adjust the forecast.- Work on improving the utilization and understanding of current statistical tools.What your background should look like:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering and previous experience in demand management.- Fluent in statistics, spreadsheets, and root cause analysis.- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.- On-hand experience in material planning (production planning and vendor planning).- Skilled in data management, Excel, ERP systems, and SAP.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per monthExperience:Forecast: 2 years (Required)Statistical planner: 2 years (Required)Language:ENGLISH (Required)License/Certification:VISA (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
