.Position SummaryWe are looking for an **F4 Process Engineer.** This position is responsible for coordinating and follow up of all the activities concerning a new project with a relentless attitude working with rigor and pace to execute project business case approved performance. The vacancy is to be positioned in Saltillo Coahuila MX, and will report to the Pin Header manufacturing engineering supervisor.**Your Role**:- Support to program manager with information related to establish project implementation date and costs to be within business case target.- Execute with the established lead time to fill out new project estimates.- Support and validation of packaging proposals and material flow as well as parts presentation in a manufacturing cell.- Coordination of meetings and participation with product engineer to identify new process feasibility along with process variation and required capacities for its implementation.- Validate and balance of work labor thru Motion Kaizen methodology to ensure the best equipment / workforce utilization. Looking forward to comply with management requirements such as OI, Payback etc.- Plan and execute follow up meetings to identify risks of project related to accomplish implementation timing along with program managers and manufacturing engineers.- Plan and execute evaluation meetings of product to identify possible product risks with customer DFM, identify gaps and track solutions within manner and time.- Coordination and participation into the MSD development taking in account requirements for project delivery over to operations.- Track and develop of project alongside the manufacturing engineers to cover every step of operating system to detect and reflect possible risks to comply with implementation date (A3, OPL, GANT, graphs)- Execute and validation of procedures to develop project PFMEA, PFD, VSM alongside with evaluation and analysis of ergonomics and material flow.- Analysis and validation of general requirements of projects like Layout, material flow, packaging, operator labor, labor balance etc.- Coordination of all project release activities with operations team such as layout review, movements and labor operations, line balance, PFMEA review, PFD review, project stress runs, machine qualification1 and machine qualification 2.- Creation and administration of shared folders to document deliverables and keep information in regards of the project updated.- Keep updated information of project status in auditory documents as well as initial handoff documentation over to operations team.- Support and coordination of PPAP run alongside operations and manufacturing engineering.**Your Backgraund**:- High level of English proficiency is a must (90% or higher).- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.- 3 + years of experience in assembly processes.- CAD software knowledge (30% or higher).- Experience engineering changes, and manufacturing product release
