.You will be responsible for providing technical solutions to customer issues, supporting our field service teams and overseeing the entire Latin American fleet.
The position requires attending to Steam Turbine related technical queries from internal and external customers via ticketing platform, emails or via telephone.How You'll Make an ImpactSupport the Steam Turbine core team scheduling and estimating group regarding scheduled shutdowns and associated services.Participate and lead maintenance planning meetings in phases 2 - 4.Create scheduled maintenance preparation documents as requested.Create presentations to customers.Perform improvement assessment (SSOL), according to feasibility/criticality.Support necessary technical relationship with customers and participate in related meetings.Coordinate with engineering department, when necessary, regarding findings.Support the resolution of customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company's mission.Collaborate with the field services team in the resolution of scheduled or forced maintenance inspection findings.Troubleshooting: support a Siemens Energy solution through a product line or specialized support.Collaborate with the field service team to align and meet established expectations and contract requirements.Support troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.What You BringUniversity degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringProfessional experience of 5 years or more in Thermal Power Plant positions.Knowledge of associated documentation.English language (Advanced written, Intermediate oral).Availability for eventual travel to site (desirable).Availability to work after hours.Soft skills: results oriented, customer satisfaction, multicultural approach.Analytical profile.About the TeamWe are a highly qualified team of engineers, in contact with global teams, providing Customer Solutions for Latin America Region.Who is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
