**Job Description:**:Caterpillar Monterrey is looking to increase interaction with Women Students in STEM areas through liaison with universities.
The program will give you the opportunity to know more about areas from order to delivery in Caterpillar and the different career progression that you may have in these areas.
You will have the opportunity to know Women Leaders that will coach you and train you for your initial's interviews.
If you are in the last year of our bachelor's degree and are interested in begin your work cycle in the following areas: Operations, Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality, you are who we are looking for.
