If you are this person we would love to get to know you and we can certainly assure you that your talents will never be overlooked.The purpose of this position is to direct and lead superior retail strategies and execute store operation functions to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity.- Meet or exceed established store sales and performance goals daily- Model sales performance for retail associates- Coach employees, ensuring that all associates are fully trained on product knowledge- Reconcile daily cash receipts and make bank deposits- Open and close the store- Manage inventoryWhat the perfect Store Manager already has:Bachelor's degree (5+ years of retail work experience may be substituted for a degree)Minimum 3 years retail experienceMinimum 2 years experience in store management positionSolid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associatesStrong apparel experienceExtremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to workin a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changesEffective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directorsExcellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacyDemonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quicklyMust demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co
