As a Store Manager, you will become a Zegna ambassador, responsible for achieving store busines objectives by promoting the values and ambitions of our brand.
This role is about unlocking your leadership and management skills: guiding a team of talented retail professionals, whilst delighting and building enduring relationships with Zegna clients and ensuring the store accurately represents the integrity and quality of our brand.

In this role you will:
- Drive sales performance to consistently achieve sales budget and ensure store profitability.
- Analyze external market trends and store results to formulate business plans and new ideas to develop product category and Made-to-Measure growth.
- Drive team performance, through goal setting, performance recognition and acting as a sales leader by ensuring the Selling Flow is consistently executed and up and cross selling skills are mastered.
- Ensure the highest level of customer experience, creating a welcoming environment and acting as a role model, using storytelling to create an emotional connection for customers with the brand and to promote brand loyalty.
- Attract and recruit the best profiles through networking and market scouting.
Facilitate onboarding for all new employees.
- Lead, inspire, inform and motivate your team, nurturing a positive and dynamic internal environment.
- Coach your team with ongoing feedback and guide their training and development.
- Partner with local merchandising teams to identify best performing products and collections as well as to manage stock consolidation and transfers.
- Meet store operating budget and monitor store expenses.
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations, guided by the strategy and leadership of the Area Managers.
- Implement effective solutions for all employees' relations issues in collaboration with HR and the Retail Manager.
