Together with your team you will work towards securing operational standards and efficiency in the physical store while driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.**_ Key responsibilities include:_****Optimize Store Efficiency**- Provide functional input & expertise across the Sales Market to optimize store efficiency- Work cross functionally to secure benefit realization of developments impacting on Store Operations- Take direction from the Global CoE for Store Operational Best Practice, ensuring local needs are acted upon- Ensure store workload capacity supports our customer centric and commercial ambitions across all store formats**Support & Collaborate**- Drive and Enable Area Teams to achieve and maintain their Store Operational Execution- Ensure Store Operations is secured in the planning prior to implementing projects such as openings, closings, rebuilds & space optimization
