Job PurposesControl operations in terms of general sales and specific product sales in the store and areas under responsibility, including payment service and product recommendation, to support operations in the store and targeted gross sales, aligning with organization's goals and objectives
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesControl overall operations in store, including shelf organizing, price tags, and documents related to product delivery or return to ensure effective operations aligning with standards and rulesControl product sales directly in the store, including providing advice and recommendations for specific and technical products, to support and increase sales volume of the storePlan and manage shifts to prepare sales and operation staffs appropriately to support business plansControl payment service in the store to support store operations and satisfy customer needsManage, examine, and organize inventory and storage in front and back to prepare for sale and prevent loss to align with standards, and ensure effective, fast, and accurate operationsControl accumulating and analyzing customer information to build, maintain, and develop relationshipTake care and advise sales and operation staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparationQualificationsBachelor's Degree in related fieldMinimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
