As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist, you will have the opportunity to design and drive digital technology initiatives in partnership with your customer, both supporting your customer's desired business outcomes and achieving Microsoft's business objectives.
Paired with a Strategic Account Executive, leveraging your large, multi-functional v-team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio and the vast catalog of Microsoft Partner offerings, you will build and grow your network of technology executives within your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
The Strategic ATS (S-ATS) is the leader responsible for designing the strategy and architecture to drive digitalization and innovation agenda of our strategic public sector customers and acts as the Innovation and DT Thought Leader. With deep industry knowledge, broad technology skills and unparalleled business acumen; S-ATS starts with Innovation/ DT agenda of our customers, connects industry/business priorities to technology strategy and develops value propositions which align with our customer's organizational strategies, leveraging the rich portfolio of Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.
- ** Strategy Leadership**:Understand the customer's business objectives, technology landscape and digital strategy to build, document and maintain the customer's technology architecture and roadmap and use it in communication with the extended account team; grow and manage the technology relationship and orchestrate technology roles in your extended account team and relevant Partners to deliver customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
- ** Technology Relevant Trusted Seller**: Drive Microsoft Business growth and customer Technology Transformation including partner co-sell motions, building new solution pipeline based on the customer-aligned technology strategy; be accountable for the development and governance of the customers' consumption pipeline. Lead technology sales activities to drive the digital transformation vision and roadmap of our public sector customers with Microsoft technologies. Plan and orchestrate the solution proposal and coordinate technology sales teams to provide the right solution to the customer.
- ** Technology Leadership**: Create thought leadership with the customers' executives (Technology and Business) in new and emerging technology trends like AI or Industrial Metaverse and establishing a meaningful and mutually agreed path forward for the customers to adopt those technologies; orchestrate the resulting opportunities across Microsoft and Partner teams and create referenceable customer win stories. Reimagine the role of technology as a business and innovation partner to drive DT agenda of our public sector customers, help them understand the impact of emerging and strategic technologies and inspire & influence them for Microsoft technologies to become the main enabler of business innovation.
- ** Digital Transformation & Innovation Strategy**:Understand customer's industry and organizational goals, Microsoft solution areas and partner solutions to build the 3 Horizon roadmap to enable customer's DT/Innovation agenda. **Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
o OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Working with Mexican government (Public Sector)
- Leading a team to drive the customer's digital transformation
- Leading technical, support, and/or partner teams.
- Making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
- Experience leading teams by influence.
- Experience negotiating with large and complex custo
