.Descripción de puestoJob Contributions And Key Responsibilities/ Contribuciones y Responsabilidades ClaveGlobal Strategic PlanningLeads the Annual Strategic Plan process for the SVP of Strategy and Portfolio Management, including ownership of the timelines, strategic meeting agendas, annual strategic plan documents, and final Board material.Supports RAC Board meetings by ensuring agenda, meeting effectiveness, review of all material at the strategic planning meetings. Recommend and/or initiate cost savings measures.Maintain price list for district updated from all vendors.Cost containment and reduction strategies.Act as a liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure best pricing and delivery timing.Process min-max items for requisitions import.Leads the executive team in executing priorities from the strategic plan and board processes.Responsible for informing, coordinating, and preparing presenters and attendees for strategic planning and board meetings.Create and manage all meeting notes, action items, and status checks with action owners.Board Meetings Coordination and AlignmentSupports and enables the Board process as a core member of the Board process team led by the Chief of Staff.In support of the Chief of Staff, manages Board book materials, by ensuring all materials are completed and that contributors are clear on expectations from Executive Chairman and CEO.Responsible for the delivery and review of material to meet expected deadlines.Acts as liaison to the Chief of Staff and assists with the CEO's office as needed.Strategic Content LeadResponsible for agenda and content for Leadership Connect and State of the Company Meetings.Manages all facets of strategic material for Leadership Connect and State of Company presentations.Closely partners with Business Unit Leaders to create engaging Business Unit and Regions State of the company events.Coordinates with Communications to manage messaging, video content, and participant preparation for Leadership Connect and State of the Company meetings.Works closely with Chief of Staff and CEO to create companywide messaging around Mission, Vision, Values, and strategic focus areas.Driscoll's Relationship Focus AreaBuild and maintain a strong working relationship with Driscoll's that supports RAC's alignment objectives with Driscoll's.Other activities as neededKnowledge, Skills & Abilities / Conocimientos, Destrezas y HabilidadesIntimate knowledge of the Organization and its Operating Model.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Able to deal with ambiguity.Positive and open attitude, handles change in direction with positivity and leadership.Act with transparency and integrity.Provide tactical leadership.Avoid siloes, demonstrate commitment in solving problems and challenges in a unifying manner.Lead skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on timely and quality service delivery
