Our designers are a clarifying voice — an integrative and ordering force that shapes the stories we tell on the Product Development Operations and Quality Team within Ford's Industrial System. Using storytelling, design systems, branding, and tone, you will help make our purpose clear and weave a common thread through our work, helping bring the vision of senior leaders and the broader Product Development team to life for both internal external audiences.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Motion Design/Animation or New Media- 3+ years' Communication Design experience across a breadth of media**Preferred Qualifications**:- Passionate about automotive and transportation industry- Extensive experience across a variety of media (print, web) including fluency in the following software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Keynote, Microsoft Office.
