The Strategic Communications team works at the intersection of visual, narrative, and communications design and develops content through a lens of business strategy and a deep understanding of multifaceted audiences. Our designers are a clarifying voice — an integrative and ordering force that shapes the stories we tell on the Product Development Operations and Quality Team within Ford's Industrial System. Using storytelling, design systems, branding, and tone, you will help make our purpose clear and weave a common thread through our work, helping bring the vision of senior leaders and the broader Product Development team to life for both internal external audiences.
