Strategic Communications Specialist

Mission:Create purposeful, compelling & coherent strategic executive communications that simplify the understanding and analysis of the strategic informatir our stakeholders (e.G. all employees, Metalsa Leadership Team, Metalsa Board, Committees (finance, commercial, technology, operations, etc.), investment bankers, Proeza Corporation)Functions and Key Accountabilities:Co-develop with top management (CEO, Metalsa Leadership Team) all Strategic Executive Communications (written, digital and verbal)Develop the strategic content and stories of the Strategic Executive Communicatir all audiences (e.G. all employees, Metalsa Leadership Team, Metalsa Board, Committees (finance, commercial, technology, operations, etc.), investment bankers, Proeza Corporation) through different channels (e.G., websites, social, videos, presentations, brochures, magazines, etc.)Analyze and connect the strategic information of all BU-s with the Strategic Executive Communications to contribute to the alignment and cross-collaborationamong strategy teams.Design and manage Metalsa-s Strategy Communication Plan (audience, content and timing) in collaboration with the Communication team of Metalsa, Proeza and all the Plants to be aligned and keep the track**Skills**:A natural storyteller with excellent written and verbal communications skills.Abstract thinking with high tolerance in complex, ambiguous oftst-paced environmentsContinuous active learning and excellent presentation agility**Requirements**:Professional in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, BrandingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English- yrs of Importante empresa in communication/marketing/branding/public relatior corporations/executivesHands on Importante empresa in developing, managing and implementing strategic/executive/corporate communicationHigh impact executive presentations.
