This role will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions, conducting in-depth analysis, and generating comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and end-user resources.Key Responsibilities:Support IAM operations by conducting thorough analysis and creating actionable insights.Develop and implement automation solutions using tools like Python, Power Automate, and other scripting tools.Create data collection solutions for end-users and automate data capture, merging, and summarization from various sources.Use data-driven approaches to define solutions and make recommendations, anticipate customer needs, and identify next steps.Retrieve data from databases, usage logs, SharePoint lists, surveys, and web analytics, performing ETL and data transformation tasks to form useful composite views.Create and maintain SharePoint lists or custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.Utilize advanced SQL queries and Excel operations to manipulate large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.About YouWe are looking for a skilled Strategic Data Insights Professional with exceptional attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate should possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers, statistics, and large datasets. A quick learner who can adapt to new tools and leverage insights to make data-driven decisions and sound recommendations to peers and leadership is also preferred. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly, are also required. Experience in data science and machine learning, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, VS Code, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and ActiveBatch, are highly valued but not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
