The Project Manager** **will be responsible to perform the planning and estimation of the requirements of specific tasks/activities in a project.
The holder of this role will collaborate to design strategies, understand the overall purpose and size of the project, stakeholders to work with, and methodology, delivering the solution to a problem.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage company OKRs working with each department to ensure a successful implementation and results
- Lead assigned project working closely with our COS
- Create, define and improve internal processes working with key stakeholders of each department
- A deep understanding of the workforce data & reporting landscape
- Technical ability to continuously improve utilization of our tools and technologies.
- Work closely with internal business stakeholders to analyze problems, develop solution requirements, manage project plans and deliverables
- Own and drive analyses and modeling of company data to identify trends and make future predictions; interpret data and communicate key findings to our COS and business leaders
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders and co-workers to define deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities
- Support at making data based administrative decisions
- Follow playbook structure and improve it as needed.
- Use of metric's softwares, such as Elate to keep track of company's OKR's
- Set meetings and ensure that all our teams/ head of departments are using the programs and the standard of quality to create objectives.
**Skills**
- Experience creating flowcharts
- Experience leading and participating on cross-functional teams, and with key stakeholders (internal customers)
- Advanced English Communication Skills (writing, speaking and reading)
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred OR equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of experience working with business data for analytics and reporting (CRM, financial, sales, product usage, contracts, marketing, and others
