Key objectives include ensuring timely delivery of NPI samples, managing cost and inventory optimization across various markets including automotive, industrial, medical, military, consumer, and distribution.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Micron to drive process improvements, explore innovative ideas, and develop strategies to enhance business growth efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.Responsibilities:Lead EBU on-time sample delivery KPI optimization initiativesPrioritize and manage internal NPI sample communication processesDrive continuous improvement of EBU NPI sample processesSupport Corporate-level initiatives related to NPI process optimizationCollaborate with GSM NPI on inventory build planning and managementRegularly review demand status with GSC & cross-functional teams to discuss delay/changes to plansManage NPI demands status and allocate inventory accordinglyEnsure seamless NPI to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) transition, including seedstock planning and aged material dispositionDevelop and implement inventory management strategies to support business unit and corporate objectivesOversee EBU Inventory management, including Die-bank aged and Back End/Finish Goods inventory dispositionManage Product Notification process, providing input and maintaining PCN metricsRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline; a Technical degree and/or MBA is a plus5+ years of experience in Engineering, business operations, supply chain, cost, finance, or a related areaStrong analytical skills, including data synthesis and strategic recommendationsProven ability to manage cross-team projects and programsAble to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detailAnnual Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
