**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in an external facing customer interaction role within customer support, business, and relationship development.
- Experience in video, media, entertainment industry as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with objection handling, managing sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation.
- Experience with project management using project execution frameworks.
- Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
- Ability to analyze data and insights and translate in an external-friendly, actionable way.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proven track record of proactively improving processes.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a scaled portfolio of YouTube partners across all verticals towards strategic goals, including establishing scaled strategic relationships with partners through different engagement types.
- Drive product adoption, optimization across YouTube priorities and support creators in their content, business generation, and viewership goals.
- Ensure your partner portfolio complies with YouTube Community Guidelines and M10N policies and support them in navigating YouTube Support and Operations teams.
- Engage with and understand the latest features, policies, and platform improvements to help partners succeed.
- Manage initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events, and other scaled initiatives.
