You drive the vision and strategies that make our marketplace partnerships best-in-class, building holistic, consumer-led marketing plans (both 365 & Seasonal) that align to brand and business needs.Working as part of an integrated Consumer Direct O2O Marketing team representing Mexico, you connect consumers with the innovation, experiences and stories that position Nike as an industry leading sport and lifestyle brand.You are a team player and a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, to test & fail and learn & evolve. You understand the role of online to offline marketing and direct-to-consumer channels, and you are always ready to be a thought partner and a thought leader.**Responsibilities**:- Innovate with Liverpool and Coppel to create new opportunities to engage, understand, and serve our consumers, both digitally and physically- Drive seasonal and 365 marketing plans, from briefing and creative concepting to final execution and analysis. Drive work against quantifiable outcomes and KPIs with accountability to our Brand and our Business.- Partner with our Consumer Direct Stores Marketing teams to co-develop marketing plans that enable connected journeys across Nike-owned and partnered stores- Partner closely with our geography (Asian-Pacific Latin America) Partner Marketing team to adopt, adopt, and extend partner marketing plans in our territory (CDMX)- Partner with our Partner Go-To-Market team to provide foundational marketing content to be scaled across Nike Partners- Align with operational timelines, representing Partner Marketing at all key planning gates- Manage strategic budget planning and in-season tracking**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
