JOB DESCRIPTIONThe position is a key member of the Business Planning & Analysis team for a major division.
This position provides complex analysis supporting Strategic Plans, including main drivers, profitability results, macroeconomic and industry indicators, spending behavior, loyalty, and customer engagement indicators.
This position will also be responsible to perform analysis to measure the profitability of pricing initiatives, marketing campaigns and acquisition promotions with the main objective of generating improvement recommendations to the business and finding business opportunities through identifying customer insights.
Must have Statistical, Financial, or Business Analyst background.
Involves complex research, modelling and analysis.
Academic Background:An advanced degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Actuary, Math, Engineering, etc.
).Functional Skills/Capabilities:Strong logical and analytical thinking with problem solving and modeling skills.Knowledge and ability to inform business strategy based on statistical findings (experience handling and synthesizing large, complex datasets).Familiar to credit card dynamics.Self-driven and quick learner.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
