**Function**: Global Procurement**(Sub)department**: Trans-Atlantic Region (NSA)**Job purpose**: Develop, manage, and implement key value delivery projects for the NSA region**Reports to**: Director, Regional Procurement - Trans-Atlantic**Direct Reports**: None**Application deadline**:June 27th**Roles & responsibilities**- Responsibility (scope): Lead/Co-Lead the shape and delivery of strategic projects for the NSA region across competitive benchmarking, local sourcing, DSV, and other value creation activities.- Responsibility (nature of work): Lead strategic project planning, development, and execution across NSA by leveraging internal and external resources, actively coordinating and engaging with central HGP and local procurement teams. Partnerwith NSA regional teams (SC, Finance, Marketing) to drive above OpCo synergies and value through transformational project ventures.- Responsibility (S&OP): Support the interaction with the regional S&OP team and HGP Category Teams to drive structural efficiencies in the sourcing and call off model. Lead the deployment of the IBECOR Control Tower for supplier and category rolls outs and foster continuous improvement on inbound cost.- Role (value streamlining): Continuous understanding and analyzing of financial, sourcing, and spend data sets to actively identify new project opportunities for value delivery (cost, cash, DSV).- Role (stakeholder management): Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders in the OpCo, Regional and Global functions, to facilitate a strong working relationship which underpins the smooth delivery of strategicprojects.- Role (D&T):Support central HGP and local procurement teams with key projects related to the procurement toolkit and DBB transformation.**Experience & profile (what & how)****What**:- **Education**: University Masters Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline- **Work experience**: 7 years.- **Required work experience in field of expertise**: Experience in technical, commercial, financial or supply chain roles in a complex environment- **Other fields of expertise**:Demonstrated team leadership & change management expertise in a multi-cultural environment- **Functional skills**: experience with IT systems, Microsoft Office, knowledge of industry trends- **Languages**: Fluent English required - additional European languages an advantage**How**:- **Key Leadership expectations**: Develop, connect, shape & deliver using the HEINEKEN behaviors- **Communication skills**: Manages relationships with senior stakeholders on a strategic business partner level- **Other skills**: Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the best delivery of the business solutions.
